Story

While studying Information and Interface Design, Masters at National Insitute of Design, I volunteered as a student for the annual Lift Conference in the year 2010 which was held at Geneva, Switzerland. Frog Design, offered me an internship for a brief period to assist the design team to conduct ethnographic research and qualitative research by observing and interviewing the guests and visitors.

From the registration process, to wayfinding, attending workshops and listening to speakers, I observed the visitors and recorded their experiences. It was an enriching experience to talk to the visitors and collate my observations which are later presented to the team.

I also participated along with selected visitors in the 'Frog Think' workshop to come up with various solutions to the problems encountered in the conference.
