Honeywell was one of the first companies to adopt and eventually launch series of devices compatible with Apple's Homekit. Honeywell Lyric thermostat is one of the best in the class smart home devices available.This project was a proof of concept for Honeywell Homekit smart home app later named Home App.
Every Flex Drive customer subscribes for a Plan , which is either Monthly or Weekly. Each Plan is assigned a Mileage of 2000 Miles or 500 Miles respectively for that particular period. Whenever the user reaches towards the end of the plan, a renewal notice is pushed. The user can check the notification, scroll through the brief details of the plan and tap to Renew on the go. User can dismiss the notification and take a decision later. User can also swap the current vehicle with another member.

To desgin the FlexDrive application meticulously to ensure seamless functionality on both the iPhone and Apple Watch platforms. To optimize user interactions within the constraints of the watch interface or leverage its portability.
SCENARIOS
Watch is used differently than a phone
Given that an Apple Watch serves as a wearable, its utility in the realm of ride-sharing diverges from that of a phone. Replicating all phone features on the watch is unnecessary. A swift glance at the watch should furnish users with crucial mileage information, allowing for prompt actions with a simple touch. More intricate views and edits can be effortlessly executed on the phone.
Here are the scenarios on the watch:
1. Lock and Unlock car door remotely. Users need to enter a PIN to securely unlock the car.
2. To check the notifications, view details of the plan and renew on the go to extend the rental of the car.
Users can dismiss the notification and take a decision later.
3. Miles drive.
4. Miles remaining.
5. Miles exceeded.
6. User can point their car on the map and locate in a parking lot by making sound.
Here are the scenarios on the phone:
1. View the high-level information of the user's current vehicle.
2. Pricing plan information for the current vehicle.

Beginning of the trip, user can know how many miles he/she has driven.
Towards the end of the Subscription Plan, the user knows , how many more miles are left before expiry
The Glance also visually indicates it when the milage has been exceeded.
